ORDER AND DELIVERY
Your orders which are made through our website will be delivered to you by the leading freight companies of Turkey.
Our product will be delivered to you as insured, in its special box which is prepared for you, together with the invoice and waybill by the freight company.
The delivery date of your order is defined on the detail page of the product.
Generally, 50% of the orders which are given to www.diamond.com.tr are submitted at the following day, 50% of the orders are submitted within 9 working days to the freight company
The freights are submitted to the freight company at the days except Saturday, Sunday, official holidays and festivals.
If the buyer is not found at the delivery address, the freight company leaves a visit notification message. If the buyer to whom the freight company leaves visit notification message does not contact with the freight company within 3 days, then the freight company returns the paskage to www.diamond.com.tr.
Please check the products which you ordered with the freight document, original invoice, waybill during the submittance. If you think that the products which are delieverd to you are incomplete or damaged then let the freight authority to prepare a notification and do not accept the package.
Inform the situation to www.diamond.com.tr order executive by using customer relations communication form. Your order will be delivered to you in a short time by Diamond Naci SENOCAKLI after the necessary survey. Do not forget that when you accept the product, then you accept that you receive the product in a complete and correct situation.
